CARA’s 2007-2008 Winter Training Program
CARA's Winter Training Program will start on Saturday, January 5th. This program will help runners of all levels prepare for a variety of spring marathons including Boston, Nashville, Lake Geneva, Flying Pig and St. Louis.

Stay tuned for more details on which marathon we will be officially targeting.

Keep up your fitness and have fun running this Winter!

  • 10-week half marathon training
