If you have run at least one marathon and want to improve your time, then this great bonus feature is perfect for you. You must be registered for the program in order to participate. Please note: If you are training for your first marathon, you should concentrate on your long run schedule. Do not include this speed training. Just focus on finishing your first marathon!
