I am a Participant of the 2007 CARA’s LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon Training Program. I am a CARA member and not a participant of the program (Cost is $15.00 at the door.) I am a non-member and not a partipcant of the program. (Cost is $30.00 at the door.)

A lunch will be provided by CARA. In order for us to order the correct amount of food and beverages; we need to know if you’ll be joining us for this portion of the day.

I will attend the lunch break (at approximately 12 Noon – 1:00 p.m.) I will not attend the lunch break
