Circuit Race Update
Due to the cancellation of the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon and its affect on many participants’ times, runners’
results will not be scored for the:
- Age group standings
- Clydesdale standings
- Age-Graded Circuit· Club Circuit
- Corporate Circuit
For 2007 only, the final age group and overall point totals will be based on a runner’s nine (9) best finishes.
Participation in the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon will count towards the required number of races (6)
run by CARA members for:
- Age group awards
- Clydesdale awards
Participation in that race will also count towards requirements of 2007 Participation and Long Distance Series awards.
The Corporate Circuit has been reduced to 7 races in 2007.
Winter Training Program
Winter Training ProgramCARA's Winter Training Program will start on Saturday, January 5th, 2008. This program will help
runners of all levels prepare for a variety of spring marathons including Boston, Nashville, Lake Geneva, Flying Pig and St.
Louis.
